建设更高水平开放型经济新体制，实施更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次的对外开放，是推动产业转型升级、实现经济高质量发展的关键所在。基于中国实践的开放经济与产业发展正成为影响力不断上升的研究热点，为此，南京财经大学国际经贸学院、南京财经大学国际交流合作处、现代服务业协同创新中心、现代服务业智库将于2023年4月15日联合举办“开放经济与产业发展”国际学术研讨会。特向海内外学者征集相关论文。
一、选题范围
本届会议围绕大会主题，特设定以下征文选题范围以供参考，但不完全局限于这些选题：

二、征文须知
自通知发布之日起接受征文，截稿日期为2023年4月8日，中英文均可。要求论文在2023年4月15日以前没有公开发表过，字数8000-20000字，有350字左右中文摘要，英文题目，3-5个关键词，脚注当页、参考文献置于文末。
2023年4月8日前，请作者将论文电子稿发至征文专用电子邮箱：9120221062@nufe.edu.cn，请注明“征文：参会作者+作者单位+论文题目”。组委会将在4月10日前组织专家对提交论文进行评审，并根据论文评审结果通过电子邮件方式来邀请参会人员。我们将选择2-3篇优秀论文进行评审，给予奖励，具体评审和发表细节将在会议期间公布。

Call for Papers: International Conference on Open Economy and Industrial Development

Building a new system of an open economy with a higher level and implementing wider, broader and deeper opening-up are the key to promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and achieving high-quality economic development. The open economy and industrial development based on China's practice is becoming a research hotspot with increasing influence. To this end, the School of International Trade of Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges of Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, the Center for Collaborative Innovation in Modern Service Industry and Modern Service Industry Think Tank will jointly hold the international academic seminar on "Open Economy and Industrial Development" on April 15, 2023. Relevant papers are specially collected from scholars at home and abroad.
1. Topics
Focusing on the theme of the conference, the following topics are set for reference, but not limited to these topics:
High-level opening and new advantages of international competition under the new development pattern
Opening to the outside world and modernization and high-end industrial chain
New development pattern and construction of modern industrial system
The development of strategic emerging industries and the change of international division of labor
Data cross-border flow, digital trade regulation and economic security
The integrated development of digital economy and real economy in an open environment
New changes in the world economy and the resilience of China's industrial chain supply chain
Service industry opening and manufacturing service transformation
External shocks and supply chain reconstruction of industrial chain
Development of digital trade and digital transformation of manufacturing industry
2. Notice
Submissions will be accepted from the date of issuance of the notice. The deadline is April 8, 2023, both in Chinese and English. It is required that the paper has not been published before April 1, 2023, 8000-20000 words, 350 words in Chinese abstract, English title, 3-5 keywords, footnotes when the page, references placed at the end of the paper.
Before April 8, 2023, authors are invited to send their electronic papers to 9120221062@nufe.edu.cn. Please indicate "Essay request: Author attending the conference + author organization + paper title". The organizing committee will organize experts to evaluate the submitted papers before April 10th, and invite participants via email according to the evaluation results. We will select 2-3 excellent papers for finance support. The detailed review and publication details will be announced during the annual meeting. Please contact the authors.
